Welcome to Accustomed Creations. The following Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States and internationally.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended 

  • 2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We offer shipping throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery address, and chosen shipping method.

  • Domestic Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

  • Accustomed Creations is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

  • 3. International Shipping

  • We proudly ship to customers worldwide.

  • International Shipping Methods

  • Standard International (7–21 business days)

  • Expedited International (3–10 business days)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.

  • These fees are not included in product or shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all customs-related fees. 

  • 4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

  • Tracking availability may vary for certain international destinations depending on carrier limitations.

  • 5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

  • 6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Accustomed Creations is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
