Please review our refund policy for items purchased during promotional events, discounts, or online sales.

 

Refunds

  • All discounted items are considered final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • We do not offer refunds for items purchased using discount codes or during last chance promotion sales.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for non-discount items must be started within a ten (10) day window from delivery.

Exchanges on Sale Items

  • We may allow exchanges for size on select items, depending on availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchange requests unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will replace the item or issue a store credit if a replacement is not available.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for an approved return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • A valid order number and proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Items returned with signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

  • Return process for any issue other than product received damaged or incorrect must be started within ten (10) days of delivery.

Store Credit (If Applicable)

  • For approved cases, we may issue store credit instead of refunds.

  • Store credit will be sent via email and can be applied to any future purchase.
